From our desk to yours
Most hosts we know are juggling cleaners, check-ins and a day job. The welcome book gets written at midnight, the WiFi card is a sticky note, and the review reply box stays blank for a week.
So we made the pieces you keep meaning to make: a guest guide that reads like a friend wrote it, signs that look good framed, message templates that sound like you, and spreadsheets that stay calm when things don't.
Open them in the tools you already use, change every word, and print them on whatever paper you have in the drawer. That's it.
