1. About us
This website, hello.welcomedeskco.shop (the “Store”), is operated by Welcome Desk Co., a trade name of Batam Web Hosting LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Store or buying from us, you (“you”, “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Our products
We sell digital, downloadable templates (welcome books, signs, cards, message templates, spreadsheets and bundles) for vacation-rental hosts. No physical product is shipped. Preview images are mockups for illustration; colours and photos may look slightly different on your screen or printer. Each listing states the file formats and compatible apps (e.g. Google Slides, Microsoft Word / PowerPoint, Google Sheets / Excel). Please check you can use them before buying.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. A price change does not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Any local taxes, duties or bank/currency fees charged by your bank are your responsibility. Discount codes are valid only on the terms stated with them and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you will get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email, usually within minutes. If you have not received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will resend it. Please download and back up your files. We may limit how many times, or for how long, a download link works.

5. Licence to use
When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • edit, customise, print and use the template for your own vacation rental properties or your own hosting business, including properties you manage for clients, as long as each finished document is used only for that property;
  • share the finished, customised document with your guests (printed or digitally).

You may not:

  • resell, share, give away, sublicense or distribute the template files (edited or unedited) as templates, whether free or paid, or upload them to any marketplace, template site or file-sharing service;
  • claim the designs as your own work, or use them to make competing products;
  • use the designs in any trademark, logo or brand identity.

All designs, text and files remain our intellectual property. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, VRBO or any other platform; their names are used only to describe what our templates are for.

6. Refunds
Because our products are digital, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information.

8. Content you add
You are responsible for the information you put into the templates (house rules, addresses, WiFi details and so on) and for making sure it is accurate and lawful in your area. Our templates are general examples, not legal, tax or financial advice. Check your local rules, platform policies and professional advice where needed, especially when using the house rules, financial trackers and pricing calculators.

9. Disclaimer
The Store and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, including that the products will meet your specific needs or that the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost bookings, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Third-party services
The Store is hosted on Shopify, and payments are handled by Shopify Payments. Some products are designed to work in third-party apps (Google, Microsoft, Apple). We are not responsible for those services, their availability or their terms.

12. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
