$4.99 USD $10.00 USD

Appliance & How-To Instruction Cards – 12 editable cards that explain the things guests message you about most: the thermostat, the TV remote, the coffee machine, the dishwasher, washer and dryer, stove, grill, fireplace, garbage disposal, Wi-Fi router and smart lock.

Place a card next to each appliance (or in the welcome binder) and watch the “how do I turn on the TV?” messages disappear.

No Canva needed. Edit in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote. Each card has four short steps in a Label / Instruction layout – replace the [bracketed] text with your own model's steps.

12 cards included

Thermostat, TV & Remote, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, Stove & Oven, Grill, Fireplace, Garbage Disposal, Wi-Fi & Router, Smart Lock & Alarm.

Two sizes

  • 5 × 7 in – for small frames and acrylic stands next to the appliance
  • 8.5 × 11 in (US Letter / A4) – one card per page for the welcome binder

Files you receive

  • Appliance-How-To-Cards-5x7.pptx + .pdf
  • Appliance-How-To-Cards-8.5x11.pptx + .pdf
  • START-HERE-How-to-Edit.pdf

Need a card for something else (hot tub controls, sound system, blinds)? Duplicate any slide and rename it – the layout stays consistent.

How it works

  1. Download the ZIP right after checkout (also emailed to you).
  2. Open the .pptx in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote.
  3. Click any text and type your own wording, times or codes over the [brackets]. Change colours in one click.
  4. Export to PDF and print at home, at a print shop or on card stock. Frame it or slip it into an acrylic stand.
