Refund Policy

Welcome Desk Co. sells digital, downloadable templates only. No physical item is shipped, so there is nothing to return. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

Returns
Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and cannot be “given back”, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final except in the cases listed below.

When we will refund you
You are entitled to a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of your purchase and:

  • The file is faulty: it is corrupted, will not open, or is missing pages, and we cannot fix or replace it within 3 business days of your message.
  • You never received it: the download link did not arrive or does not work, and we cannot resend a working link.
  • It is not as described: the product is materially different from its description or preview images.
  • You were charged twice: you accidentally bought the same product twice, or bought a single template that is already included in a bundle you purchased in the same order or within the same 14 days.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for not having the right software (each listing states the compatible apps, e.g. Google Slides, Microsoft Word / PowerPoint, Google Sheets / Excel), or for problems caused by edits you made to the file.

How to request a refund
Email us at fauzan@indomultimeter.net with your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We reply within 2 business days. In most cases we will first try to fix the problem by sending a corrected file or a new download link.

Refund process
Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5–10 business days for the money to appear on your statement. There is no restocking fee and no cost to you for a refund. Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the template ends.

EU / UK customers
By completing your purchase and starting the download, you agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download has started. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve almost every issue faster by email.
