Welcome Book Accessible Stay (Large Print, High Contrast) – an 18-page editable guest guide written for accessible stays. Every page is set in large print (body text 18 pt and up, titles 30 to 38 pt) with a high-contrast color scheme, so guests with low vision, older guests and anyone who simply does not want to squint can read it at a glance. A matching Wi-Fi sign comes in two sizes, 8x10 and 5x7, with Wi-Fi set at 60 pt or larger.

Most welcome books say nothing about access. This one does. Six pages are about the things accessible travelers need to know before they arrive: step-free entry and ramps (door widths and ramp grade), the bathroom (grab bars and roll-in shower), bed heights in inches, visual and hearing alerts, service animals, and accessible local spots with step-free notes. The text is already written in plain US English with short sentences and [bracketed] numbers, so you measure your home and type your own figures over the examples.
