It comes in two booklet sizes, A5 (148 x 210 mm, the standard small booklet size outside the US) and Half Letter (5.5 x 8.5 in, the US equivalent), as single-page files for reading, tablet use or printing one page per sheet, and as ready-made 2-up spreads in saddle-stitch order for a home printer or a print shop. A matching Wi-Fi sign in A5 and 5x7 is included.
Booklets suit rentals where a thick binder feels like too much: a small stack on the nightstand, a booklet in the welcome basket, a folded guide beside the coffee machine. The wording is complete and written in US English (°F, miles), so you only replace the [bracketed] details.

How to print the booklet
- Home printer: print a Spreads PDF on A4 (A5 edition) or Letter (Half Letter edition) at 100%, double-sided, flip on short edge. Fold the stack in half and staple twice on the fold.
- Print shop: send a Spreads PDF and ask for a saddle-stitched booklet, 20 pages, 5 sheets printed 2-up double-sided.
- Single pages: print on A5 or Half Letter paper, or use your printer's "booklet" option on A4 / Letter.
How to edit
- Download the ZIP right after checkout.
- Open the single-page .pptx in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote.
- Replace the placeholders: Wi-Fi, door code, rules, local favorites.
- Print it with the booklet option, or make the same changes in the Spreads file for a ready-to-print layout.
FAQ
Do I need Canva? No. These are PowerPoint / Google Slides files, not a Canva link.
What is the difference between A5 and Half Letter? A5 is 5.83 x 8.27 in and folds from A4 paper. Half Letter is 5.5 x 8.5 in and folds from US Letter paper. Pick the one that matches your paper; both are included.
Do the Spreads files update when I edit the single-page file? No. Edit the single-page file for reading and booklet-option printing, or make the same change in the Spreads file. Both files are editable.
Can I print without staples? Yes. The single-page PDFs also work as loose pages in a small folder or clipboard.
Can I add my own pages or photos? Yes. Duplicate any slide and insert pictures as in any presentation. Keep the total a multiple of 4 for a stapled booklet.
Is this a physical product? No. It is an instant digital download; nothing is shipped.
