Airbnb Directions Template – 10 Editable Arrival Pages: Airport, Car, Transit, Rideshare, Parking, Vector Map & Late Arrival, No Canva

Arrival Directions & Property Map Pages – 10 editable pages that get your guests to the property and through the door: from the airport, by car, by public transit, rideshare drop-off, parking, the gate-to-door route, an editable vector property map, a big address card to show a driver and a late-arrival page. They cover getting to the home and in the door, not local recommendations (restaurants and sights belong in a local area guide).

Why it matters. The first message from many guests is "we are lost" or "which gate?". These pages answer it before the trip: the address in every format a phone or driver understands, step-by-step routes, landmarks, what to type into a ride app, where to park and exactly how to walk from the curb to the lockbox, even at midnight.

The 10 pages

1. Getting Here: address block, GPS coordinates, 3-word address and Plus Code placeholders, host phone and travel-time tiles for airport, downtown and train
2. From the Airport: six steps from the terminal exit to your street, with a toll road note
3. By Car: separate step lists from the north and the south, landmarks and an "if you see this, you went too far" warning
4. By Public Transit: train and bus lines, stop name, fares, last departure and the walk from the stop
5. Rideshare Drop-Off: what to type as the destination, where the driver should stop, pin location, a line to say to the driver and pickup for the way back
6. Parking: where, which space, permit, overflow, EV charger and a short "please do not" list
7. Gate & Entry Route: a drawn curb, gate, path and door route plus six numbered steps
8. Property Map: an editable vector map made of shapes, with streets, your property and a pin, landmarks, a north arrow, a scale bar and a legend
9. Address Card: a big card to show a driver, with a line in Spanish and a QR code placeholder for your maps link
10. Late Arrival: after-hours steps, quiet entry, neighbors, a fallback if the code fails and who to call

Make it yours in minutes

All sample text is written out in full: replace the [bracketed] details with your own address, exits, codes and phone number. The map is built from ordinary PowerPoint shapes, so you can drag streets, resize the property block, rename the landmarks or paste a screenshot of your own map over it. The QR code is a placeholder: delete it and paste a real one in the same spot. The 3-word address and Plus Code lines are placeholders for whichever location code you prefer, and you can delete any line you do not use. Every heading, step and note is a real text box. The look matches the classic pine, brass and sage of our welcome books, so you can insert the pages into any welcome book or export them as a PDF and send them before arrival.
