FAQ

Do I need Canva? No. It is a normal Word file that works offline.

Should I put real door codes in the file? No. The access sheet uses placeholders only. Keep real codes in a password manager or another private place.

Does it work for more than one property? Yes. Duplicate the property one-pager for each listing.

Are the amounts and times real? No. Every amount, time and limit is a sample in [brackets]. Replace it with your own.

Will it print on A4? Yes. The A4 file is formatted for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter paper.
