Airbnb Check In Instructions Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese & English: 60 editable 5x7 arrival cards. Ten card designs, each in six languages, tell your guests how to get in and where to go the moment they arrive: keypad entry, lockbox steps, smart lock, parking, an arrival summary, late arrival, luggage drop, a host contact card and two spare cards for your own instructions. Guests read the card in their own language, and you stop answering the same arrival questions at 10 PM.

The text is written the way a local would write it, not machine-translated word by word. Spanish uses the polite “usted” and neutral Latin-American vocabulary, French uses “vous”, German uses “Sie”, Italian uses “Lei” and Portuguese is Brazilian Portuguese with “você”. Accents and punctuation are correct (¿ ¡ ñ, é è ç, ä ö ü ß, à ì ã õ), French spacing before ? ! and : is respected, and times are written the local way: 15:00 in Spanish, German, Italian, 15 h in French, 15h in Portuguese and 3:00 PM in English. Placeholders are translated too, for example [Código], [Code], [Codice] and [Teléfono del anfitrión].

How is this different from our other products? The English-only Check-In Instruction Cards cover one language. The 6-language House Rules, WiFi and Checkout signs cover rules and departure. This pack is arrival only, with no WiFi or checkout cards, and it comes as six separate language files, so you print only the language your guest speaks and keep the rest on your computer.

No Canva needed. Every card is a PowerPoint / Google Slides slide. Click any text and type your own door code, lockbox location, parking spot, times and phone number over the [brackets]. Delete the cards you do not need, duplicate a spare card for anything else, and recolor any shape. All text is real, editable text and every icon is built from shapes, so nothing is a picture.

• 5 × 7 in, one card per page: for frames, acrylic stands, the key hook, the front door shelf or the welcome binder. Print on 200 to 250 gsm card stock.

Please note: the emergency number on the contact card is a [112] placeholder. Replace it with your local number. Door codes and lockbox codes printed on a card should be changed between guests; many hosts print the card without the code and send the code in the arrival message.
