Airbnb Co-Host Agreement Template – Co-Hosting Contract: Scope, Fee Split, Duties, Termination + Property & Fee Exhibits, Word, No Canva

Sale price  $4.99 USD Regular price  $10.00 USD

Co-Hosting Agreement Template is an editable Word agreement between a vacation-rental owner and a co-host. It sets out who does what, how the fee is calculated, how and when payments and reports are made, and how either side can end the arrangement, in plain English you can edit line by line. Two matching files are included: US Letter and A4.

No Canva needed. Open the .docx in Microsoft Word, Google Docs (free) or Pages, replace the [bracketed] details, delete any clause that does not apply and print or send it for signature.

This is a template only, not legal, tax or financial advice. Co-hosting, licensing, tax and agency rules differ by state and country. Have a licensed attorney review the agreement before you sign it.

What is inside

  • Cover with the property, effective date, term and fee, a contents page with page numbers, a key-terms table and a how-to-use page with a plain-words glossary
  • 10 articles: parties and property; services and scope; fees and payment; owner responsibilities; co-host responsibilities and standards; communication and reporting; term, renewal and termination; liability, insurance and confidentiality; general terms; signatures
  • A 16-line services table that marks each service as included, extra or excluded: listing management, pricing, guest messaging with a response-time promise, check-in support, cleaning, restocking, maintenance, reviews, reporting and more
  • A worked fee example with real numbers, a repair approval threshold, a supplies budget, a monthly statement and a late-payment clause
  • Exhibit A property list with platform access permissions, Exhibit B fee schedule and Exhibit C communication plan with contacts
  • A footer with a not-legal-advice line and initial boxes for both parties on every page

The sample numbers (a [20%] fee, payment within [10 days], [30 days] notice, a [7 days] cure period, a [12 months] term) are written in full and repeated consistently in every article and exhibit, so the agreement agrees with itself. Change them with Find and Replace.

FAQ

Do I need Canva? No. It is a normal Word file that works offline.

Is this legal advice? No. It is a template. Rules about co-hosting, licenses, taxes and agency differ by state and country, so have an attorney review it.

Does it work for more than one property? Yes. Add one Exhibit A page for every property.

Can I change the fee or the notice period? Yes. Every number is a [bracket] and appears in a key-terms table so you can update it everywhere.

Is it a procedures handbook or a pitch? No. It is the agreement itself. It does not include cleaning procedures or a sales proposal.
