Floor Plan Template & Property Map Signs for Vacation Rentals: 20 editable pages that help guests find their way around the home and the grounds. Guests who can see the layout at a glance ask fewer questions: where is the Wi-Fi router, which bedroom is mine, where do I park, how do I get to the pool. These pages put the answers on the wall and in the welcome binder. The plans mark the Wi-Fi router, thermostat, breaker panel, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and water shut-off with small lettered markers and a legend, and every room label is a [bracketed] placeholder.
Orientation only, not evacuation. These are wayfinding and orientation pages. They are not emergency evacuation maps and do not replace the exit signs and escape plans your local rules may require. If you need a fire-escape map, use a dedicated evacuation sign.
No Canva needed. Every page is a PowerPoint / Google Slides file. Walls, doors, windows and furniture are ordinary shapes you can select, move, resize and recolor, and all text is editable. Pick the plan closest to your home, then add or delete rooms and furniture until it matches.

Where to put them
Hang the floor plan in the entry or the welcome binder, the “You are here” map by the front door or gate, the amenity map near the patio door, the parking map in your pre-arrival message and on the driveway side, and a name plate on each door or in a small frame. Print on 100 lb card stock or send the PDFs by message before arrival.
