Guest Message Templates Bilingual English / Italian gives you 40 ready-to-send host messages with US English on the left and a native-sounding Italian version on the right. It is made for hosts in Italy and for hosts anywhere who welcome Italian-speaking guests: you can answer in their own language in seconds. The Italian is written in the polite "Lei" form, with correct accents (è, à, ù, ò, é), Italian punctuation and 24-hour times, and it never reveals the gender of the host or the guest. Every message uses [bracketed] placeholders in both languages, for example [Guest Name] and [Nome dell’ospite], or [Lock Code] and [Codice della serratura]. Times and amounts follow each language: 3:00 PM and [$480] in English, 15:00 and [480 €] in Italian. Italian details such as the tourist tax, quiet hours, bin sorting and guest ID registration are marked so that you can adjust them to your town.

FAQ

Do I need Canva? No. It is a normal Word file that works offline.

Which Italian is it? Standard Italian in the formal "Lei" form, with everyday vocabulary that works across Italy. You can change any word in Word, for example to switch to the informal "tu".

Can I use only one language? Yes. Delete the column you do not need, or copy only one side.

Are the messages gender-neutral? Yes. The Italian avoids forms such as "lieto" or "grato" that would show the gender of the host, and it addresses the guest without gendered endings.

Is it the same as your Spanish, French or German message packs? No. The messages are written fresh for Italian-speaking guests and include Italian habits such as ZTL parking, raccolta differenziata, tassa di soggiorno and guest ID registration.

Are the book-direct messages allowed on every platform? Platform rules differ. Check your booking platform's terms before you share contact details or invite guests to book direct, and delete any message you cannot use.

Will it print on A4? Yes. A4 and US Letter versions are included.
