Airbnb Guest Discount Cards – Local Partner Perks: 17 editable pages that let you hand your guests real, redeemable offers from the businesses around you. Guests love a reason to leave the house and spend money locally, and local businesses love new customers. These cards connect the two. Each card names the partner, states the offer in one big line, explains how to redeem (“show this card”, “mention [Property Name]”), gives the address and phone, leaves an outlined slot for the partner’s logo, and carries a small “valid for guests of [Property Name]” stub with the expiry and terms.

Important: the offers on the cards are the partner businesses’ own offers. You arrange them with each partner, then use these cards to present them to your guests; the template does not create, guarantee or promise any discount. Every sample offer is a [bracketed] placeholder for you to agree with the partner, and the directory sign and sleeve both say “Offers are provided by each partner business and may change; confirm with the partner.” This is a template only, not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice. No Canva needed. Everything is a PowerPoint / Google Slides file. Click any text and type your own partner name, offer, address and terms over the [brackets], then drop in the partner’s logo inside the dashed [Partner logo] frame. Put the directory sign on the welcome desk or fridge, fill the sleeve with the wallet cards that match your guests (families, couples, outdoor lovers) and mention the perks in your check-in message. Hand the thank-you card to each partner when you agree the offer.
