Is this a lease? No. It covers the application and the messages around a monthly stay. Have a local professional review it, and use your own stay agreement or lease.

Does it ask about protected traits? No. The form and the questions are practical, and the kit lists questions you should never ask.

Will it print on A4? Yes. The A4 file is formatted for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter paper.

Are the names and numbers real? No. They are samples. Replace them with your own.
