Airbnb One Page Welcome Sheet – 6 Guest Info Cheat Sheet Layouts + 2-Page Fold Version: WiFi, Check-Out, Rules, Letter + A4, No Canva
Airbnb One Page Welcome Sheet – 6 Guest Info Cheat Sheet Layouts + 2-Page Fold Version: WiFi, Check-Out, Rules, Letter + A4, No Canva
One-Page Guest Info Sheet – the dense, useful one-page cheat sheet that guests actually read. Six different single-page layouts plus a two-page fold version, each holding the same eight sections: Wi-Fi, check-out, trash day, thermostat, contacts, house rules, a QR box and a map box. Pick the layout you like, type over the [bracketed] sample text and print it for the fridge, the binder or the nightstand.
Not a decorative wall sign, and not the long welcome book. This is the check-in cheat sheet with all the answers on one page: how to get online, when to leave, which day the bins go out, what the thermostat should say, who to call, and the house rules in six short lines. Our 18-page welcome books stay the long form; this sheet is the page guests photograph with their phone.
No Canva needed. Edit in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote. Every heading, line and number is a real text box, and the icons are simple shapes you can recolor or delete. Both files use pine, brass and sage with Cambria and Calibri fonts.
What's inside (8 pages in each file)

- Layout 4, Minimal lines: one calm column of sections separated by brass rules

- Layout 6, Checklist style: check boxes in front of the check-out steps and house rules

FAQ
Which layout should I use? Use the one that fits where it will hang. The Fridge sheet and Sidebar read from a distance, the Classic grid and Binder cover are best in a folder, and the Minimal lines page suits a nightstand frame. Delete the pages you do not need.
Can I add my logo? Yes. Insert your logo as a picture anywhere on the page, for example next to the title, and resize it like any image.
Letter or A4? Both are included. The A4 file is built on a real A4 page, so every box fits without shrinking. Print the Letter file at 100% on US Letter, or the A4 file on A4.
Can I make it a PDF for guests' phones? Yes. Export the finished page as a PDF or image and send it before arrival, or paste your QR code into the QR box so guests can scan it from the fridge.
Do I need Canva? No. These are PowerPoint / Google Slides files: no Canva account and no subscription.
Can I change colours, fonts and wording? Yes. Every shape and every line of text is editable.
Can I use it for several properties? Yes, for every rental you own or manage.
Will it print on A4? Yes. Use “fit to page” when printing the Letter files on A4.
Is anything shipped? No. It is an instant digital download; nothing physical is sent.
