Airbnb Pet Policy + Pet Welcome Pack: Editable Pet Rules Sign, Pet Fee Notice, Pet Welcome Card & Local List, No Canva

Pet Welcome Pack: a complete five-page set for pet-friendly vacation rentals. It combines your pet policy, a pet rules sign, a welcome card for the four-legged guest, a pet-friendly local list and a pet fee notice, so everything about pets is explained clearly before and during the stay.

Unlike a single pet rules sign, this pack covers the whole conversation: what is allowed, what it costs, what the pet should and should not do, and where owners can find a vet, a dog park or a groomer. Fewer misunderstandings, fewer damage disputes, and a welcome card that makes pet owners smile.

No Canva needed. Edit in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote. Replace the [bracketed] text with your own fees, limits and local places. Delete any line that does not apply to your property.

5 pages included

• Welcome, [Pet Name]!: a pet guest welcome card with bowls, treats, bed and favourite walks

How hosts use it

Send the policy and fee notice with your booking confirmation, put the rules sign by the door, set the welcome card next to the pet bowls, and keep the local list in your welcome binder. Pet fees and rules differ by place, so check your local regulations and your platform rules before publishing your own terms.

How it works

1. Download the ZIP right after checkout (also emailed to you).
2. Open the .pptx in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote.
3. Click any text and type your own wording, times, numbers or codes over the [brackets]. Change colours in one click.
4. Export to PDF and print at home or at a print shop, or send the PDF to guests. Frame it or slip it into an acrylic stand.
