Property Brochure and Rack Card is a set of four editable print marketing pieces for vacation-rental hosts: a tri-fold brochure, a 4 x 9 rack card, a one-page flyer with tear-off tabs and a 4 x 9 offer insert. Every piece is written out in full for a sample property called [Property Name], so you replace a few [bracketed] details and send it to print.

No Canva needed. Open the .pptx files in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote, type over the [brackets] and export to PDF. Photo spots are labeled gray shapes you fill with your own pictures, and the QR code is a labeled placeholder you replace with a code for your own booking page.

How it works

1. Download the ZIP right after checkout.
2. Open a .pptx in PowerPoint or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Slides.
3. Replace the [bracketed] text, fill the gray photo shapes with your pictures and paste your own QR code over the placeholder.
4. Export to PDF. Print the brochure double-sided, flip on short edge, or send the PDFs to a print shop.

Printing

Print the tri-fold on Letter paper, double-sided, flip on short edge, and fold the inside flap in first. Print the rack card on 4 x 9 card stock, or two to a Letter sheet and trim. Cut the flyer tabs on the dashed lines. Delete the gray guide text and dashed fold guides before sending the brochure to print.

FAQ

Do I need Canva? No. They are normal PowerPoint files that work offline.

Is the QR code real? No. It is a labeled placeholder. Make a QR code for your booking page and paste it in.

Are there photos? No. Gray labeled shapes show where your own pictures go.

Are the offers real? They are samples of offers a host can make to direct guests. Change them to your own.
