FAQ

Do I need Canva? No. It is a normal Word file that works offline.

Is this the same as a key and code log? No. A code log is a spreadsheet of codes only. This is the full operating profile of one property, with systems, resets, contacts and a handover.

Is it safe to store codes in it? Treat it like a key: print a private copy, lock the PDF with a password, or keep codes in a password manager and write only where to find them.

Will it print on A4? Yes. The A4 file is formatted for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter paper.

Are the names and numbers real? No. They are samples. Replace them with your own.
