Vacation Rental Postcard Template – 12 Mailable 4x6 Postcards with Address Backs: Thank You, Rebook, Map & Seasonal, Editable, No Canva

Property Postcards is a set of 12 editable 4 x 6 inch postcards, each with a matching address back, for vacation rental hosts who want to say thank you, invite guests back and stay in touch by mail. Print them on card stock, write a note, add a stamp and send them, or tuck them into a welcome basket.

No Canva needed. Open the two .pptx files in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote, click any text and type over the [brackets]. A short message is already written on every back, so you add your guest's name and your sign-off and you are done. The art is built from shapes, not photos: a signature cottage with a roof, windows, door and porch that appears on the fronts and, small, on every back, so the set looks like one brand.

How it works

1. Download the ZIP right after checkout.
2. Open the .pptx files in PowerPoint, or upload them to Google Drive and open them with Slides.
3. Replace the [bracketed] text with your property name, town, website, offer and message.
4. Export to PDF and print. Print the fronts and backs double-sided, flip on the long edge, or order 4 x 6 postcards from any print shop.

Printing and mailing

Print on 4 x 6 card stock, double-sided, flipping on the long edge so the back matches the front. You can also send the PDFs to a print shop and order them as 4 x 6 postcards. Postal size and weight rules differ by country, so check with your post office before you mail them.
