Airbnb Review Tracker Spreadsheet – Rating & Review Log with Category Scores, Trend Chart, Issue Tally & Response Status, Excel, No Canva
Review & Rating Tracker is an Excel and Google Sheets workbook that turns your guest reviews into numbers you can act on. Log every review once, with its overall score and six category scores, and the workbook shows your rolling averages, a 12-month trend chart, the issues guests mention most, your weakest category and how fast you reply.
No Canva needed. This is a plain spreadsheet with no macros and no add-ons. Yellow cells are for typing and gray cells hold the formulas. It works in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.
What is inside (6 sheets)
- Reviews - 100 rows (60 filled with sample reviews): date, platform dropdown, guest, property, overall score 1 to 5, six category scores (cleanliness, accuracy, check-in, communication, location, value), keywords, sentiment dropdown (Positive, Neutral, Negative), main issue dropdown (None, Cleanliness, Noise, Wi-Fi, Check-in, Amenities, Comfort, Communication, Value, Other), response status dropdown (Replied, Pending, Not needed) and the response date. Calculated for you: category average, days to respond (blank-safe) and a review number. AutoFilter is switched on, and low scores, negative sentiment and pending replies are highlighted.
- Rolling Averages - the average of your last 10 and last 20 reviews, the change against the 10 before, and a table of the last 12 months with reviews, average overall rating and 5-star share, with a line chart of the monthly average. Month names have no year in them, so the table never goes out of date.
- Issue Tally - how many reviews mention each issue, the share of all reviews, the average rating of reviews with that issue and your reply rate for them, a bar chart and a top issue that finds itself.
- Category Scores - the average of each of the six categories, the gap against your overall average, scores below 4, a rank, the lowest and highest category and a column chart.
- Dashboard - overall average, last 10 average, 5-star share, review count, response rate, average days to respond, pending replies, top issue, lowest category, your last 5 reviews with the newest first, a monthly rating chart and an issue chart.
- Read Me - how to use the workbook, how to change the dropdown lists and what the colors mean.
Sample data is included (60 made-up reviews for two homes over 12 months), so every flag, average and chart shows real numbers from the first click. Replace it with your own reviews.

FAQ
Do I need Canva? No, this is an Excel file.
Does it import my reviews automatically? No. You type or paste each review's scores, so it works with any booking site and does not connect to or scrape any platform.
Can I track more than one property? Yes. The Property column lets you filter by home. The averages cover all rows, so use one copy of the file per property if you want separate numbers.
What if a platform has no category scores? Leave those cells empty. The category average and the Category Scores sheet only count the scores you enter.
Does it work in Google Sheets? Yes. Upload the file and open it with Google Sheets. The formulas avoid add-in functions.
