Plan the whole property before you spend a dollar: pick a five-color palette, list every piece of furniture and decor with its store, quantity, budget and actual cost, sketch the layout, and keep a shopping checklist and mood keywords on the same page.
Every board is filled with a real sample so you see how a finished page looks: a named style (for example [Coastal calm] or [Quiet retreat]), five swatches with hex codes, a six-line furniture table with a room total, a floor-plan sketch built from shapes (walls, a door swing, windows, labeled furniture and a dimension label such as [12 x 14 ft]), six checklist items and three mood chips such as warm, durable and easy to clean. The cover adds a whole-property budget table that adds up the budget and the actual cost of all ten rooms, with the difference for each room.
