How it works

FAQ

Do I need Canva? No. It is a normal Word file that works offline.

Is this a plumbing or safety guide? No. It is a checklist template. Always follow the manual, your insurer, local authorities and a licensed professional for gas, electrical, plumbing, pool and heating work.

Is it only for lake cottages? No. The sample is a lake cottage, but the lists work for cabins, beach houses, mountain homes and any seasonal property.

What if I have no pool, dock or septic tank? Delete those lines. Each section is built so you can remove rows without breaking the page.

Will it print on A4? Yes. The A4 file is formatted for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter paper.
