Superhost Metrics Tracker is an Excel and Google Sheets workbook that tracks every Superhost-style status criterion in one place: overall rating, response rate, cancellation rate and stays or nights. You type each reservation once, and the Dashboard shows PASS or FAIL for each criterion, the gap to the target, what it would take to close that gap and how many days are left until the next quarterly assessment.

No Canva needed. This is a plain spreadsheet with no macros and no add-ons. Yellow cells are for typing and gray cells hold the formulas. It works in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.

What is inside (6 sheets)

• Dashboard - status tiles, a criteria check with PASS or FAIL, gap to target and a plain-words line on what it takes, the two ways to meet the stays and nights requirement, a countdown to each quarterly assessment and a rating trend chart.
• Thresholds - the targets as editable inputs (rating 4.8, response rate 90 percent, cancellation rate 1 percent, 10 completed stays, or 100 nights over at least 3 completed stays, by default) plus your four assessment dates. The platform may change its criteria, so update these cells when it does.
• Stays log - one row per reservation: check-out date, nights, rating received, answered within 24 hours (Y or N) and host-cancelled (Y or N). Room for 100 reservations.
• Review ratings - every star rating with a running average and a 12-period trend chart against your target.
• Action list - gap, action, owner, due date and a done check mark, with eight sample actions already filled in and a live status for each.
• Read Me - how to set it up, every formula in plain words and tips for Google Sheets.

Sample data is included (35 made-up reservations over the last year), so every number, flag and chart shows a real result from the first click. The sample dates move with today's date and are shown without a year. Replace the sample with your own in about 15 minutes.

How it works

1. Download the ZIP after checkout.
2. Open the .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
3. On Thresholds, check the targets and type your assessment dates.
4. After each stay, add a row on the Stays log and read the Dashboard.

FAQ

Do I need Canva? No, this is an Excel file.

Does it connect to my booking account? No. You type or paste numbers from your own reports, so it never connects to or scrapes anything.

What if the platform changes its rules? Every threshold is a yellow input cell. Change the number and every PASS, FAIL and gap updates.

Does it work in Google Sheets? Yes. Upload the file and open it with Google Sheets. The formulas avoid add-in functions.
