Monochrome Airbnb Welcome Book Template – 18 Page Modern Guest Guide + WiFi Sign 8x10 & 5x7, Editable PowerPoint & Google Slides, No Canva

Modern Monochrome Welcome Book – an 18-page editable guest guide made for design-led apartments, lofts and modern homes, plus a matching Wi-Fi sign in two sizes (8x10 and 5x7). A strict black, white and gray palette with bold type, thick black rules, large page numbers, concentric rings, hatch blocks and a graphic grid gives it a calm, gallery-like look. There is no color, no wood and no clip art anywhere, including the Wi-Fi sign.

Unlike a generic welcome book, the example text is written for a minimalist, design-focused home: the wall keypad lighting scenes, dimmers and blackout blinds with a sunrise timer, handle-less drawers, an induction cooktop and a built-in espresso machine, multi-room speakers with a volume limiter, a TV hidden behind an art panel, underfloor heating, plus how to care for original art and a black plaster finish. It also lists design stores, galleries, a ceramics studio and an architecture walk, and uses short, calm sentences in a precise host voice. It is written in US English with °F. Just replace the codes, names and walking times with your own.

No Canva needed. Edit in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote. Every heading, paragraph and colour is a real text box – click, type your details over the [bracketed] placeholders, export to PDF and print it or send it to guests digitally.

Why hosts love it

• Covers what guests of a minimalist apartment really ask – lighting scenes, the espresso machine, the speakers, how to care for the art and the walls.
• Prints cleanly on any black-and-white printer. The layout is fully changeable; add your own photos in seconds.
• Fonts are built into PowerPoint and Word (Cambria + Calibri) – nothing to install.
• Works for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct-booking guests.

FAQ

Do I need Canva? No. This is a PowerPoint / Google Slides file, not a Canva link.

Can I add pages or photos? Yes – duplicate any slide and insert pictures as you would in any presentation.
