Ranch Airbnb Welcome Book Template – 18 Page Barn Stay Guest Guide + WiFi Sign 8x10 & 5x7, Editable PowerPoint & Google Slides, No Canva

Ranch & Barn Stay Welcome Book – an 18-page editable guest guide made for ranch stays, barn conversions, farm stays and horse properties, plus a matching Wi-Fi sign in two sizes (8x10 and 5x7). A saddle brown, barn red and rope tan palette with a rope border, a horseshoe, a red barn with white X doors, a windmill, hay bales and a split-rail fence gives it a warm western look.

Unlike a generic welcome book, the example text is written for guests on a working ranch: which animals live there and what they may be fed, gate and fence rules (including the electric fence and cattle guards), well water and septic notes, propane and a standby generator, satellite Wi-Fi and weak cell signal, trails, ATV rules and horse rides, barn safety and a bonfire ring with a burn-ban check, plus a snake-bite, tornado-shelter and rural 911 address page. It is written in US English with miles and feet. Just replace the bracketed animals, codes, distances and phone numbers with your own.

No Canva needed. Edit in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote. Every heading, paragraph and colour is a real text box – click, type your details over the [bracketed] placeholders, export to PDF and print it or send it to guests digitally.

Why hosts love it

• Written for the ranch: pre-filled example text for every section, so you only edit and never start from a blank page.
• Covers what ranch guests really need – animal and feeding rules, gates and fences, barn safety, the bonfire ring, the ATV and trails, weak cell signal and rural emergencies.
• Colors and layout are fully changeable; add your own photos of the barn and the pasture in seconds.
• Fonts are built into PowerPoint and Word (Cambria + Calibri) – nothing to install.
• Works for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct-booking guests.
