Welcome Book for Tablet & TV Display – an 18-screen welcome book made for a screen, not for paper: landscape 16:9 pages with big type and big buttons that fit an in-unit tablet on the counter, a wall-mounted display or a smart TV in the living room. Guests tap or swipe through house rules, Wi-Fi, check-out steps, local favorites and emergency information without hunting through a binder.

A tablet welcome book is the in-home version of a guest guide. It stays in the unit, it is always current (you edit one file and re-export), and a guest can read it from across the room. This is not the phone-size digital guide: every screen is landscape 16:9 for tablets, TVs and laptops, with body text of 20 pt or larger, titles up to 44 pt and a Wi-Fi screen set in 54 pt type.

No Canva needed. Edit in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote. Every title, card and line of text is a real text box. Click, type your details over the [bracketed] placeholders, then export to PDF or JPEG images for the display.

Designed for screens

• Large, high-contrast type: pine and cream with brass accents, body text 20 pt and up
• An app-style layout: a dark side rail with the section name, a screen number such as 07 / 18 and progress dots, and rounded white cards
• A Menu screen with 16 chapter tiles and a Menu button on every screen after the menu that jump straight to the page (the links work in slideshow mode of the .pptx in PowerPoint and Google Slides; the PDF is for plain swiping)
• Sample text written out in full in US English, so you only edit and never start from a blank page
• Dashed placeholders for your Wi-Fi QR code and your review-page QR code

How to show it

• Tablet or iPad: open the PDF in any PDF app or the .pptx in the PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote app and start the slideshow. Turn on iPad Guided Access or Android screen pinning (kiosk mode) so guests cannot close it.
• Smart TV: export the screens as JPEG images and play them as a photo slideshow from a USB stick, or cast the slideshow from a tablet, phone or laptop.
• Laptop or monitor: present the slideshow full screen.

How to edit

1. Download the ZIP right after checkout.
2. Open the .pptx in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote.
3. Replace the placeholders: Wi-Fi network and password, door code, host phone, rules and local favorites.
4. Export to PDF or JPEG and load it on your tablet or TV.

FAQ

Do I need Canva? No. This is a PowerPoint / Google Slides file, not a Canva link.

Will it work on an iPad? Yes. Open the PDF in any PDF app, or the .pptx in the PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote app, and start the slideshow. Guided Access keeps the guest inside it. Android tablets work the same way.

Do I need an app? Only a PDF viewer or a presentation app, which most tablets and TVs already have. Nothing to install from us and no account.

Can I add my own photos? Yes. Insert any picture on any screen as in a normal presentation. The screens ship without photos so they stay light and fast.

Can I print it? This edition is designed for screens. To print, choose Letter or A4 landscape and "fit to page".

Can I change the colors? Yes. Every shape and every line of text is editable.

Is this a physical product? No. It is an instant digital download; nothing is shipped.
