Treehouse Airbnb Welcome Book Template – 18 Page Elevated Stay Guest Guide + WiFi Sign 8x10 & 5x7, Editable PowerPoint, No Canva
Treehouse Airbnb Welcome Book Template – 18 Page Elevated Stay Guest Guide + WiFi Sign 8x10 & 5x7, Editable PowerPoint, No Canva
Treehouse Welcome Book – an 18-page editable guest guide made for treehouse stays and other elevated rentals, plus a matching Wi-Fi sign in two sizes (8x10 and 5x7). A leafy palette of deep green, bark brown, moss and warm amber, with a tree canopy, a cabin on a platform, stairs with a rope railing, birds and a lantern, gives it a calm forest-canopy look.
Unlike a generic welcome book, the example text is written for guests sleeping above the ground: stairs and platform safety, weight limits, why the house sways in the wind, wildlife and birds, bug screens, night lighting and the stair-light timer, plus a kitchenette, bug-free trash routine and an escape plan. It is written in US English with miles, feet and °F. Just adjust the details to your own treehouse.
No Canva needed. Edit in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote. Every heading, paragraph and colour is a real text box – click, type your details over the [bracketed] placeholders, export to PDF and print it or send it to guests digitally.

Why hosts love it
- Written for treehouse stays: pre-filled example text for every section, so you only edit and never start from a blank page.
- Covers what elevated-stay guests really need: stair and platform safety, weight limits, weather sway, bug screens and night lighting.
- Fewer worried messages: guests learn that sway and creaks are normal and what to do when the wind picks up.
- Colors and layout are fully changeable; add your own photos of the treehouse in seconds.
- Fonts are built into PowerPoint and Word (Cambria + Calibri) – nothing to install.
- Works for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct-booking guests.
FAQ
Do I need Canva? No. This is a PowerPoint / Google Slides file, not a Canva link.
Can I add pages or photos? Yes – duplicate any slide and insert pictures as you would in any presentation.
My treehouse has no stairs, only a ladder or a bridge. Can I change that? Yes. Reword the stairs page for your ladder or bridge and update the stair count and weight limits. Every line is editable.
Does it also suit a cabin on stilts or a tower stay? Yes. The safety, weight-limit and weather pages fit any elevated rental, and the tree art can be left as it is or replaced with your own photo.
Can I use it for more than one property? Yes, for all rentals you own or manage.
Is this a physical product? No – it is an instant digital download; nothing is shipped.
