Multilingual Welcome Cards for your vacation rental: 24 editable greeting cards in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Four designs, each one written out in all six languages: a Welcome card, a Thank You card, an Enjoy Your Stay card and a polite Please Leave a Review card. Every card has a [Guest name] field, a [Host name] signature, a short warm message and a small language tag, so you can hand each guest a note in the language they read.

The wording is written the way a local host would say it, not translated word by word: correct accents and punctuation (¡ ¿, é è ç, ä ö ü ß, à ì ã õ), one consistent polite form of address in each language (usted, vous, Sie, Lei, você) and the French spacing before question marks and colons. The Portuguese is Brazilian Portuguese. The review card never offers a reward and never names a booking site: it simply says that a short review helps other travelers find you.

How is this different from our other cards? The English Guest Welcome Cards and Thank You Cards cover one language, and our 6-language rules, check-in and house packs are signs and arrival cards. This pack is greeting cards: a welcome at the door, a thank-you at check-out, a friendly note during the stay and a review request, each with its own shape-drawn motif (an arched doorway, a heart, sunny hills, five stars) and its own soft accent color in the pine, brass, sage and cream family.

No Canva needed. Every card is a PowerPoint / Google Slides slide. Click any text and type over the [brackets] or change the message. All text is real, editable text, every illustration is built from shapes, and every color can be changed in one click. Delete the languages you do not need.

Do I need Canva? No. These are PowerPoint / Google Slides files: no Canva account and no subscription.

Can I change colors, fonts and wording? Yes. Every shape and every line of text is editable.

Can I use it for several properties? Yes, for every rental you own or manage.

Will it print on A4? Yes. Use “fit to page” when printing the Letter files on A4.

Is anything shipped? No. It is an instant digital download; nothing physical is sent.
