Free Bed Bug Inspection Checklist for Vacation Rental Hosts – One-Page Room Check with 15 Tick Boxes, Date & Initials, Word, No Canva
Download a free bed bug inspection checklist for vacation rental hosts: one finished, editable page with 15 tick boxes for a quick room check between guests. A regular look at the mattress, headboard and furniture helps you spot a problem early, before it becomes a bad review. It is a sample of our full Pest and Bed Bug Response Kit.
The checklist covers three areas, bed, furniture and room edges, with 15 spots to tick: mattress seams, box spring, headboard, pillows, nightstands, sofa, chairs, dresser, luggage rack, baseboards, curtains, wall decor, carpet edges and closet shelves. Each line says what to look for, and there is a notes cell, a signs-to-look-for block and a date and initials line. It is a Word document, so you can add rooms or reword lines. Letter and A4 versions are both included.
