Free Condo Entry Instructions Sign – Editable 5x7 Apartment Building Entry Sign for Airbnb & Vacation Rentals, Word, No Canva

Download a free apartment building entry instructions sign for your condo or apartment rental. Getting into a building is the most stressful part of an apartment check-in: the intercom, the lobby door, the elevator and the right hallway all need explaining. This 5x7 sign puts the four steps in one clear place.

The sign walks guests through four numbered steps: intercom or door code, the elevator, the floor and hallway, and the unit door. Each step has real sample wording with the details you fill in as editable [brackets], and a help box with your phone number sits at the bottom. It is a Word document, so you can change any word, color or font. Print it at 5x7 and put it in a frame at the unit door, in your welcome binder, or send the PDF with your check-in message.
