Free On Call Schedule Template for Property Managers – 4-Week On-Call Rota with Escalation Contact, Excel & Google Sheets, No Canva
Know who answers when a guest is locked out at 11 p.m. This free on call schedule template for property managers and vacation rental hosts is a clean 4-week rota grid: type your team once, pick the Monday the rota starts, and fill in a primary and a backup person for every day.
Guests do not keep office hours, and a missed call can turn into a bad review. A simple written rota takes the guesswork out of after-hours coverage for you, your co-host, your property manager and your cleaners. The dates fill in by themselves from the start date, the hours row shows when each person is on call, and a single escalation line tells everyone who to call when nobody picks up. A small count shows how many days each person covers, so you can keep the load fair. The sheet is pre-filled with a sample rotation so you can see how it works before you replace the placeholder names.
