Free Airbnb Weekly Discount Calculator – Weekly & Monthly Stay Discount Spreadsheet for Vacation Rentals, Excel & Google Sheets, No Canva

Use this free Airbnb weekly discount calculator to see exactly what a weekly or monthly stay brings in before you change your pricing. Type your nightly rate, your cleaning fee and the discount you want to offer for longer stays, and the sheet shows the nightly rate after the discount, the room total, what the guest pays in all and what you give up compared with the full rate.

Longer stays fill the calendar and cut the number of turnovers, but a discount that sounds small on a 7-night stay adds up fast. Seeing the numbers side by side helps you choose a percent you can live with. The sheet is pre-filled with a realistic example so you can see how it works before you replace it with your own rate.

What you get

• 1 tab with two base inputs: nightly rate and cleaning fee per stay

• A small weekly stay summary with the nights needed to match a standard stay
• Light yellow input cells, gray formula cells and print setup for Letter and A4, one page

FAQ

Is it really free? Yes. Add it to your cart, complete the free checkout and download the ZIP.

Do I need Canva? No. The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets (free) or Numbers.

Can I change the wording, colors and fonts? Yes. Every word is real, editable text, and you can change colors and fonts like in any other document.

Which percent should I use? There is no single right number. Many hosts start with a modest discount for a week and a larger one for a month, then adjust after a few bookings. The sample percents are only examples.

Does it include taxes or platform fees? No. The calculator works on your rates and your cleaning fee. Add taxes and fees on top if you want an all-in figure.

Does it cover gap nights or last-minute rules? No. The free version covers weekly and monthly stays only. The full calculator adds gap night, last-minute and early-bird rules.

Is there an A4 version? Yes. The ZIP has a Letter workbook plus Letter and A4 PDFs. The workbook is set to fit one page; choose A4 in your print settings for A4 paper.
