Airbnb Accessibility Checklist – Room-by-Room Audit, Measurements Sheet, Listing Wording & Guest FAQ Kit, Word & Google Docs, No Canva
Accessibility Audit and Listing Wording Kit is an editable Word kit for vacation-rental hosts who want to describe their home's accessibility honestly and completely. It audits your home room by room, gives you a measurements sheet, and hands you ready-to-use listing sentences and guest FAQ answers that you fill with your own measured numbers. Every page is written out in full for a sample home, so you edit a few details instead of starting from a blank page.
No Canva needed. Open the .docx in Microsoft Word, Google Docs (free) or Pages, replace the [bracketed] text, tick the boxes and print or export the pages. Letter and A4 versions are both included.
This is a template only, not legal, tax or financial advice. Accessibility laws and standards differ by place. Have a local professional review it before use, and describe only the features you have measured. The kit does not certify a home and does not claim that any home meets a code or a law.

FAQ
Do I need Canva? No. It is a normal Word file that works offline.
Does this certify my home as accessible? No. It helps you measure, describe and share what you have. Accessibility laws and standards differ by place, so have a local professional review it.
What if my home has barriers? Say so plainly. The kit shows how to name a step or a narrow door in one honest sentence.
Will it print on A4? Yes. The A4 file is formatted for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter paper.
Are the measurements real? No. They describe a made-up sample home. Replace them with your own.
