Airbnb Influencer Collaboration Template – Creator Collab Kit: Pitch Letters, Agreement Outline, Rate Sheet, Word, No Canva

Influencer and Content Creator Collab Kit is an editable Word kit for vacation-rental hosts who want to host creators in exchange for photos, reels and stories. It works as an influencer collaboration template for outreach and agreements: a pitch letter, three reply letters, a collab agreement outline, a deliverables checklist, a rate and trade sheet and a usage rights note. Every page is written out in full with sample wording, so you edit a few details instead of starting from a blank page.

No Canva needed. Open the .docx in Microsoft Word, Google Docs (free) or Pages, replace the [bracketed] text and print the pages or send them as PDFs. Letter and A4 versions are both included.

This is a template only, not legal, tax or financial advice. Have a local professional review it before use. Disclosure rules such as #ad vary by country, so check your advertising regulator, and ask your accountant how to record a trade stay.
