Free QR Code Sign Template for Airbnb – Editable 5x7 Scan Me Sign with QR Placeholder for Vacation Rentals, No Canva
Download a free QR code sign template for Airbnb and vacation rentals: one editable 5 x 7 inch scan-me sign with a frame for your own QR code. Link it to your house manual, your Wi-Fi details, a local guide or a review page, print it and put it in a small frame by the door, on the kitchen counter or beside the TV.
A QR code sign puts a long page of information one scan away, so guests get answers without scrolling through a welcome book or texting you. The sign has a pine header band, a big headline you can retype, a code square with scan corners, a how-to-scan strip for guests who have never scanned one and two short lines of text. Everything is drawn with vector shapes.

FAQ
Is it really free? Yes. Add it to your cart, complete the free checkout and download the ZIP.
Do I need Canva? No. The file opens in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote.
Can I change the wording, colors and fonts? Yes. Every word is real, editable text, and you can change colors and fonts like in any other document.
Is the QR code real? No. The pattern in the frame is a decorative placeholder and encodes nothing. Make a free QR code for your own link at any QR code generator, save it as an image, delete the placeholder and paste your image in the same spot. Test it with your phone before you print.
What size is it? 5 x 7 inches, portrait. It fits a standard 5x7 frame or acrylic stand. You can also print it on Letter or A4 paper at 100% and trim it.
What can I link to? Anything with a web address: your house manual, Wi-Fi page, local guide, review page or check-out list.
