Free Airbnb Superhost Tracker – Superhost Checklist Spreadsheet: Rating, Response, Cancellations & Stays, Excel & Sheets, No Canva

Check how close you are to top host status with this free Airbnb Superhost tracker. The sheet lists the four metrics that Superhost-style programs usually look at (overall rating, response rate, cancellation rate and completed stays), lets you type your own target and your own number for each, and flags every metric PASS or NOT YET.

Hosts often find out they missed a target only when the review period is over. A one-page check you can update every month shows early which metric needs attention. A small helper block turns your review counts, message counts and reservation counts into the rating, response rate and cancellation rate you type in above. The sheet is pre-filled with sample numbers, one of them below target, so you can see how the flags work.

• A count of metrics passed and a plain summary line
• A helper block that works out your average rating, response rate and cancellation rate from simple counts
• Light yellow input cells, gray formula cells and print setup for Letter and A4, one page
