Check your listing the way a guest reads it with this free Airbnb listing audit checklist. Open your live listing, work down 20 plain checks in five areas (title, photos, description, pricing, reviews and trust) and pick Yes, Partly or No for each one. The sheet adds up a score out of 100 and shows which area needs the most attention.

Most hosts only look at their listing when something goes wrong. How to edit it (no Canva needed)

1. Download the ZIP and unzip it.
2. Open the editable file in Excel, Google Sheets (free) or Numbers. No Canva account and no subscription are needed.
3. Type into the light yellow input cells. The gray formula cells update by themselves.
4. Replace the sample answers with your own, write a fix note for every Partly and No, then run the check again after your changes.

How is the score worked out? Yes counts 2 points, Partly 1 and No 0. The score is points earned divided by points possible, times 100. A check you leave blank is skipped.

Can I change the checks? Yes. Every check, area name and fix note is plain editable text. Keep the area name the same in every row of a group so the score by area still adds up.

Is there an A4 version? Yes. The ZIP has a Letter workbook plus Letter and A4 PDFs. The workbook is set to fit one page; choose A4 in your print settings for A4 paper.
